Frank V. Costello

Frank V. Costello is a partner at Costello, Coombes & Brown, LLP.

 

I received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Connecticut and graduated cum laude from Vermont Law School where I was a member of the Moot Court Advisory Board. Prior to entering private practice I clerked at Hartford Superior Court.

 

I am recognized by the Connecticut Bar Association as a Board Certified Workers’ Compensation Specialist and devote almost 100% of my time to representing injured workers. I have written and lectured on workers’ compensation issues and have served on the Board of Editors for Compensation Quarterly since 2001 and Editor in Chief from 2012 to 2024.  Currently I am the Vice Chairman of the Workers' Compensation Section of the Executive Committee. I have also served as Chairman of the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association’s workers’ compensation section for the 2009 to 2010 term.

When I am not spending time with my family, I enjoy playing Ultimate Frisbee and skiing.
